Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Service & HR Support Specialist to bridge client services and HR functions. This position requires providing both client support and HR-related assistance, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Services Support
- Assist in the management of client accounts, inquiries, and requests.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate client communication.
- Ensure client satisfaction and work with the team to address client concerns.
HR Support
- Assist with administrative tasks in HR, including employee data entry, filing, and HRIS updates.
- Provide support in payroll administration, employee benefits, and employee engagement programs.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate HR and client service functions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Help with organizing training and professional development programs for both clients and employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or client service support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in both client services and HR within a corporate or government contracting setting.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
- Multitasking: Managing both HR and client service responsibilities effectively.
- Communication: Ability to address client and employee needs with professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Efficiently resolving issues across departments.
- Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
- Occasional travel may be required.
