Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Talent Support Manager to assist with managing talent acquisition processes, from recruitment to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment support and will play a key role in helping to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Support
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles and interview feedback.
- Work with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with government or defense contractor hiring processes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes at once.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges in the recruitment process efficiently.
- Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
- Occasional travel may be required.
