We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PYP Homeroom Facilitator to support the academic, social, and emotional development of primary school students within an inquiry-based learning environment. This role focuses on delivering engaging and student-centered learning experiences aligned with the principles of the Primary Years Programme (PYP). As a homeroom facilitator, you will guide young learners through concept-driven learning while encouraging curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking. The position requires a strong commitment to teaching excellence and the ability to create a positive classroom culture where students feel motivated to explore ideas and develop critical thinking skills. You will work closely with students to nurture their academic growth while supporting their overall well-being and personal development. The role also involves collaborating with fellow educators, curriculum coordinators, and parents to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for each child. In addition to delivering lessons, you will play an important role in monitoring student progress, designing engaging learning activities, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports active learning
• Facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
• Support students in developing academic skills as well as social and emotional competencies
• Monitor and assess student progress through observations, assignments, and classroom activities
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their learning journey
• Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators to implement integrated and interdisciplinary learning experiences
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and academic progress
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities
• Participate in school events, professional development programs, and collaborative planning sessions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a primary or early years learning environment
• Strong passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of young learners
• Familiarity with inquiry-based or student-centered teaching methodologies such as the PYP framework
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that support diverse learning styles
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
