What am I going to do?

• Be the People Partner for a group of employees owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding.
• Hands-on of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and wellbeing processes of your team.
• Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership.
• Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
• Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies.
• An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond.
• Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.
• A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions , you create solutions.
• A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor.
• Passionate about HR tech, data, and employee experience.
• Thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
