FDS Coordinator (Contract)

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and requests from Sales and Scent Design teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Labs, Customer Service, Creative Centres) to meet project requirements and maintain transparency.
• Monitor project-related costs and promote cost optimization strategies across teams.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for sample requests, including order creation in PUMA/SAP, prioritization, preparation, labelling, and shipment coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in PUMA and SAP, monitor QC results, and ensure sample orders are properly closed (PGI).
• Prepare and manage regulatory and product documentation (e.g., CoA, MSDS, PDS, IFRA) using SAP and Clover systems.
• Build understanding of customer accounts and commercial strategies, contributing to knowledge sharing and portfolio development across regions.
• Identify and share best practices to enhance sampling, shipping, and project workflows within the Creative Centre.
• Provide backup support for FDS and Shipping team members during absences to ensure continuity of operations.
