Account Manager – Large Format Graphics
Location: Atlanta, GA
At Exploring Graphics, our Account Managers are the connection between our clients and our production teams. They help turn ideas into finished graphic solutions — from concept discussions to final delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing projects, and working in a fast-paced graphics production environment.
Every day is a mix of client communication, project coordination, and problem-solving to ensure every project is delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Connecting with Clients and Reviewing Projects
The day often begins by reviewing active projects, production timelines, and client requests.
Account Managers typically start by:
Responding to client emails and project inquiries
Reviewing project specifications and artwork requirements
Coordinating with the production team on timelines and job status
Preparing estimates or proposals for new graphic projects
Communication and organization are key to keeping projects moving smoothly.
Managing Production and Client Needs
As projects move into production, Account Managers work closely with designers, printers, and finishing teams to ensure everything is progressing as planned.
This part of the day may include:
Reviewing proofs and artwork approvals with clients
Coordinating print production schedules
Ensuring materials, sizes, and finishing details are correct
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Account Managers help ensure that client expectations and production capabilities stay aligned.
Building Relationships and Finding Opportunities
