What You’ll Do

As the Spa Office Manager, you will be at the center of operations, ensuring the spa runs smoothly while inspiring your team to perform at their best. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and mentor front desk and spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Manage appointments and client scheduling, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain and track performance metrics and statistics, turning numbers into actionable strategies
  • Drive sales of beauty products while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Oversee day-to-day office and operational workflow, keeping the spa running efficiently
  • Collaborate with leadership to continually elevate spa standards and client experience

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in spa or salon management, office management, or high-end customer service leadership
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable tracking and improving metrics
  • Passion for team development, performance coaching, and building culture
  • Confident in sales and client engagement, particularly in luxury beauty products
  • High standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused service

Schedule
  • 40 hours per week within spa operating hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • One weekend day required
  • Flexible schedule within a supportive, structured environment

Compensation & Benefits
