We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing customer journeys for loan‑sales funnels and operational collections processes.
This role combines marketing expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and deep understanding of financial product lifecycles.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in data‑driven communication, proficient with marketing automation and BI platforms, and comfortable working closely with credit, risk, and operations stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

- Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys for loan sales, including lead nurturing, eligibility processes, conversion pathways, and post‑loan communication.
- Build and manage operational collections journeys, with a focus on segmentation, behavioral triggers, customer risk assessment, and repayment optimization.
- Monitor funnel performance and detect friction points, drop‑offs, repayment anomalies, and early signs of delinquency using BI and data tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to evaluate journey performance, communication effectiveness, and business KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with credit, risk, compliance, product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure journeys are effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion, repayment behavior, and customer experience.
- Ensure all communication meet regulatory, operational, and compliance standards for financial products.
- Stay up to date on best practices in marketing, journey orchestration, and digital communication.

- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Solitics, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience building loan‑related customer journeys or working within lending/credit/financial product workflows -strong advantage.
- Experience developing collections/repayment journeys or operational communication flows- advantage.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to independently analyze data and extract insights.
- Proven track record managing multi‑channel communication (push, in‑app, pop‑ups, SMS, email).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify behavioral patterns and optimize journeys accordingly.
- Native Hebrew speaker
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, risk, compliance, operations, and analytics teams.
- Creative problem‑solver with the ability to execute fast and adapt to evolving business needs.
