Sandisk Analytical and Characterization group, located in Omer, is looking for a Qualification & Reliability Engineer. The position includes working in a challenging and dynamic R&D environment, writing test code, performing hardware tests and working with test equipment. You will use different techniques and platforms to characterize ASIC components to be combined in future Sandisk products.

The position includes:

• Qualification Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Reliability Qualification Plans based on JEDEC or AEC-Q100 standards. 

• Stress Testing Oversight: Manage and monitor reliability stress tests using different technologies, tools and platforms, Writing the software to perform silicon hardware tests.

  • HTOL (High-Temperature Operating Life)

  • ESD (Human Body Model / Charged Device Model)

  • Latch-up testing.

• Failure Analysis (FA): Analyzing silicon failures with different software tools and AI, Perform root-cause analysis on silicon failures discovered during qualification. Drive corrective actions with Design and Process teams.

• 5-7 years of related experience in Qualification & Reliability areas
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• A team player, self-controlled, high problem solving ability
• Knowledge in AI – advantage
• Excellent level of English
