We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA to spearhead the quality assurance function for our Marketplace Commerce Integration & After sales program This role goes beyond smoke test execution—driving QA strategy, advocate best practices, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure cross-vendor alignment, and proactively manage delivery risks. mentoring QA resources, strengthen validation coverage through testing & test automation, and ensure that quality is foundational across the program.
Job Summary
Digital initiatives validation - Participate in the collection of requirements, plan test plans, test strategy, effort estimation, test automation and align the QA team to meet delivery deadlines (Web, POS, Marketplace, LMD, Ecommerce techstack & Mobile app, Salesforce service cloud)
Job Responsibilities
1. QA Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement the QA strategy for marketplace integrations, covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Establish and enforce test standards, guidelines, methodologies, and best practices across the project.
2. Marketplace, Commerce, After sales & ERP Integration Testing
- Own the test lifecycle across multiple integration points:
- Marketplace platforms (e.g., Mirakl or similar)
- E-commerce platform (e.g., Commerce tools or similar)
- SAP (Order Management, Inventory, Finance, Logistics)
- Delivery and logistics providers (Eg:- Fareye or similar)
- Internal microservices and APIs
- Sales force – service cloud, field service management
- Lead design and execution of test scenarios validating Marketplace - orders, pricing, catalog, payments, inventory sync, returns, fulfilment, commision structure, SLAs, seller & operator portal, returns, database, customer support, data migration, OMS, PIM, commerce tools, pos, SAP and event flows. After sales – Salesforce service cloud, Field service management
3. Test Automation & Framework Ownership
- Design, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks for API, UI, and integration testing.
- Drive shift-left automation and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computers or information technology
- 10+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably with at least 3-4 years of working in Marketplace – mirakl & After sales domain experience - Salesforce
- Mentor and guide QA engineers and vendor QA across regions.
- Support resource planning and onboarding aligning with vendor teams
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing QA team culture
- Proactively communicate blockers and impediments; ensure the team has adequate training, consulting, and tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Test plan & Test strategy.
- Defect triage & closure.
- Agile & sprint experience
- Test automation – Web, mobile apps, Webservice.
- Knowledge on SAP, LMD, PIM, OMS
