Our Operations team is seeking a talented Indirect Buyer to manage the entire commercial relationship for various Innoviz departments, including R&D, IT, IS, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations indirect orders. This role involves leading commercial topics for new contracts, executing terms and conditions, negotiating pricing, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process from approved purchase demands to goods receipt and payment.
• ERP System Management: Track and update the ERP system with purchase order delivery due dates.
• Negotiations: Analyze supplier quotations and terms to negotiate agreements that achieve the best global commercial conditions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to guide supplier selection, leveraging this to obtain the most competitive pricing.
• Supplier Sourcing: Identify new sources of supply, establish relationships with new suppliers.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct supplier performance evaluations and assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a buyer - Must
• Proven track record in procurement and negotiations - Must
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - Must
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure with both internal and external customers– Must
• Experience with ERP systems: ERP – Must. ERP Priority – An Advantage .
• Capability to communicate technical and commercial topics both internally and externally - Advantage.
• Technical understanding in Mechanical, Optical, or Electronics segments - Advantage
• High proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective communication in a global business environment.
