Responsibilities

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול פרויקטי הקמה בישראל ובאירופה בתחום אנרגיה מתחדשת: חוות סולאריות, אגירת אנרגיה ורוח.הובלת הפרוייקט משלב הרכש, סגירת ההסכמים ובחירת הקבלנים, דרך סגירה פיננסית והקמה בשטח עד למסירה לשלב התפעול, לרבות ניהול כל החוזים והמשאבים.
  • ניהול לו"ז, תקציב ואיכות הפרויקט, לרבות ניהול סיכונים לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט, בניית תוכניות מיטגיציה ומימושן
  • ניהול ממשקי עבודה פנים-ארגוניים, לרבות פיתוח עסקי ופיתוח פרוייקטים, הנדסה, רכש, כספים ועוד. ניהול ממשקים חיצוניים לרבות קבלנים, ספקי ציוד גלובליים, חברות ניהול, פיקוח, שותפים עסקיים, מלווים ועוד.
  • ייצוג שוטף ועדכון התקדמות הפרויקט בפני גורמים פנים-חברתיים (הנהלה) וגורמי חוץ (שותפים, מלווים ועוד)

 

דרישות:

  • תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל / אזרחית /מכונות / תעשייה וניהול או תחומים רלוונטיים אחרים – חובה
  • לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון קודם בניהול פרויקטי תשתיות/מבנים/תהליכיים/בתחום האנרגיה, לרבות ניהול קבלנים, מתכננים, ניהול לו"ז, ניהול תקציבים וניהול סיכונים בהיקפים של עשרות מ' ש"ח לפחות – חובה
  • ניסיון קודם מתחום האנרגיה המתחדשת – יתרון
  • ניסיון בניהול פרוייקטים בחו"ל מרחוק – יתרון משמעותי
  • ניסיון בעבודה בחו"ל או עבודה מול קבלנים בינלאומיים – יתרון משמעותי
  • כישורי ניהול עצמי ברמה גבוהה, תיעדוף משימות וניהול ממשקים מרובים בו זמנית
  • אוריינטציה טכנית עם יכולת גבוהה לבחינת התמונה הרחבה תוך ירידה לפרטים וקבלת החלטות בהיקפים משמעותיים
  • שליטה מלאה בעבודה עם ישומיי office, לרבות MS Project (או פרימוורה לחלופין) – חובה
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה. שפה נוספת – יתרון
  • התפקיד עלול לכלול נסיעות לחו"ל
