About the Role

Website Developer & IT

Website Development:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications.
Implement responsive design to ensure usability across various devices and browsers.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support for web-related queries and issues.
Diagnose and resolve website and server problems swiftly and efficiently.

Database Management:

Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Use SQL and other database technologies to retrieve and store data.

Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive web solutions.
Participate in project planning and strategy sessions.

Code Quality and Best Practices:

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Follow best practices for coding, version control, and testing.

SEO & Analytics:

Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor site performance and user engagement.

Security Maintenance:

Ensure the security and reliability of the web infrastructure.
Perform regular updates and security audits to prevent breaches.

Technical Documentation:

Produce and maintain technical documentation for websites and applications.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skillsets.

Educational Background

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience

2-5 years of experience in web development or IT support.
Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining web applications.

Technical Skills

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Experience with backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Knowledge of database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
