About the Role

Your Purpose

As a Luxury Sales Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador onboard, delivering exceptional experiences to our discerning clientele. Your role is to provide expert guidance on our exclusive range of luxury jewelry and watches, enhancing the customer journey through expert product knowledge, personal service, and an unrivaled commitment to excellence. You will be an integral part of a high-performance team, ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable and personalized luxury experience.

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

Luxury Expertise: You have proven experience in the luxury jewelry and watch industry, providing detailed product knowledge and personalized customer service to an upscale clientele. 

Sales Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment. 

Customer-Centric: You are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and cultivating brand loyalty through personalized service. 

Industry Familiarity: While previous experience with cruise lines is a plus, you bring a wealth of experience from the luxury retail sector or similar high-end industries. 

Your Essentials

We’re looking for someone who embodies: 

Experience: proven experience in luxury jewelry and watches or a comparable sales position with a recognized competitor. Cruise line experience is a plus. 

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. A second language is highly desirable. 

Interpersonal Skills: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust with an international clientele. 

Sales Skills: Proven experience of achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of product knowledge. 

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment while leading by example.
