Job Description
Manage the full product development lifecycle, from customer briefings to artwork, costing, sampling, testing, and final approval.
Act as a liaison between the Commercial team and the Global Sampling & Product Development Hub to ensure smooth item deployment to local production.
Lead value solution projects for customer branding needs, including new program development, redesigns, and reengineering to meet cost targets
Coordinate product development & deployment to manufacturing units, including in-house production, subcontractors, and suppliers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Research & Development roles, with a focus on master data management.
Strong understanding of Oracle Project or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in data entry, data validation, and data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
