Your Role:
- Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
- Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
- Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
