A leading and innovative cyber threat intelligence company is looking for a motivated Assistant Controller to join its growing Finance team.
This is a great opportunity for a recently certified CPA who has just completed their internship and is looking to start their career in a dynamic Hi-Tech environment.
You will gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial processes while working closely with an experienced and supportive finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Assist in managing the revenue cycle, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections
- Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation for audits
- Work closely with external auditors and accounting service providers
- Assist with budget tracking and financial analysis
- Support the monitoring and analysis of key financial KPIs
- Help improve accounting processes and support automation initiatives within the finance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company
Requirements
- CPA – mandatory
- Completion of internship at a Big Four accounting firm
- Up to 1 year of post-internship experience (recently certified CPAs are welcome to apply)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- High motivation to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Ability to work full-time from our office in Tel Aviv (on-site position)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Hi-Tech or SaaS companies during internship
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- Experience with Priority or HubSpot systems
