What You'll Do:
As a Tax Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals, providing meaningful feedback and supporting career growth
- Plan, supervise, and deliver multiple tax engagements across a diverse client base
- Prepare, review, and plan federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical guidance to clients and team members
- Build strong internal partnerships and trusted client relationships
- Collaborate with other managers and partners to drive quality, consistency, and innovation
- Contribute broadly to the firm as a leader and problem-solver
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of public accounting experience, including tax planning and review
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA license
- Bring experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation
- Are a strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence
- Are committed to continuous learning and professional development
