The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, and managing front office communications and patient inquiries. This role also involves taking payments, entering patient information, supporting appointment coordination, and assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Full-time position: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will help ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments for both new and existing patients in person and over the phone
- Greeting and assisting patients and families as they arrive
- Managing front office communications and patient inquiries
- Taking payments and entering patient information into the system
- Supporting appointment coordination and office workflow
- Assisting with various front office communications and administrative tasks
- Helping maintain the positive, welcoming atmosphere our patients love
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and comfortable working with computers
- Ability to multitask in a busy orthodontic office
- Willingness to learn the business of orthodontics
- A team player who enjoys creating a great experience for patient
- Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
