Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions within retail and consumer goods operations
- Work onsite 3 days per week at clients office, with flexible work arrangements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
- Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience, with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirable
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
