This role requires leading the development of advanced EW (Electronic Warfare) systems and suits, including system-level definition, requirements specification, and preparation of technical documentation for various development teams and subcontractors.
Additionally, the position includes leading and being responsible for the system engineering of the product throughout all project phases, from writing specifications, system verification and lab integration, delivery to the client, and field testing.
Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, Holon, Israel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics – required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex systems engineering and/or leading electronic systems development – required.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and allocation for complex systems, configuration management, and writing engineering specifications – required.
- Experience with complex development processes – required.
- Relevant background in EW and/or radar systems – significant advantage.
