What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and diabetic care.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself kindly, because… nursing).
- Completing clear, timely documentation in an EMR that won’t follow you into your dreams.
- Managing a mix of visits, from wellness checks to more complex skilled care.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
- EMR experience preferred
- Home health or similar experience required
