Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
- Understand customer: Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
- Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
- Craft goals and objectives for yourself, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
- Customer transportation
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
- High school diploma or higher education
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
