• Starting salary of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals
