Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our Houston operations. This dual-role position involves local deliveries and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. 

Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties:

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck and delivery van for local deliveries (within 100 miles of Houston).
• Load and unload printed materials and supplies.
• Verify delivery and pick-up documentation for accuracy- logbooks
• Maintain a clean and operational vehicle; perform basic maintenance checks using daily checklists
• Represent 1Vision professionally  with customers and vendors.
•  No CDL is required 
•  Clean driving record with a 3-year minimum driving experience 
•  Fluent in speaking and writing English. 

Requirements

   Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, store, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (motorized and non-motorized).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading areas.
• Perform shipping tasks and inventory checks.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and twisting.
• Operate mechanical lifting devices and climb on/off equipment multiple times daily.
• Tolerate varying temperatures in warehouse and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a  clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Houston roadways.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills-including fluent English skills
• Punctual, professional, positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Forklift experience preferred.
