Food & Beverage Servers

Description

Forest Hills Resort is currently hiring Restaurant Servers and Bartenders to join our team! Food & Beverage Servers deliver exceptional food and beverage services in the restaurant, at the pool, and from the beverage cart. 

We offer a competitive hourly wage, plus tips, and a bonus at the end of the season. We also offer flexible schedules, resort discounts, and free golf.

Duties Include:

• Create a positive guest experience with prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages
• Adhere to established cash handling control policies and procedures; accurately record all sales of food and beverages
• Respond to guest needs and questions; direct any concerns to appropriate management
• Maintain a clean, neat work area at all times in full accordance with established health regulations
• Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all co-workers by setting a good example at all times
• Flexible to learn and execute in any of the food and beverage positions and locations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Serving and bartending experience preferred but willing to train the right candidates
• Must be dependable and begin work on time for scheduled shifts
• Exhibit flexibility in scheduling; support co-workers as well as the facility by assuming shifts as needed 
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
