Customer Service Representative (CSR)
McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing – Lufkin, TX

At McWilliams, our CSRs are the heart of the customer experience. When someone calls because their AC isn’t working or they’ve got a plumbing issue, you’re the calm, helpful voice that gets things moving and makes their day a little easier.

Requirements

 

What our CSRs do
Answer incoming calls and schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments
Help customers by listening, asking the right questions, and getting them taken care of quickly
Work closely with dispatch and technicians to keep the day running smoothly
Enter and update customer information accurately
Create a positive experience for every customer from the first call to the completed job


What we are looking for in our next CSR
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills

 Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or call center experience is a plus
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
A team player who enjoys helping customers and supporting coworkers


What we offer our CSRs
$17/hour
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
On-call rotation
