The Role:
Most/all of the following tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Lead a team of security officers while communicate clearly and effectively with management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Interact with clients on a daily basis to receive work orders and directions
- Assist in payroll duties, including tracking hours worked for employees
- Handle disputes and issue disciplinary actions for employees as necessary
- Hire and terminate employees
- Understand and be able to execute all aspects of security such as reporting, compliance requirements and provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Create and maintain employee schedules including replacement of personnel for sick an vacation periods;

- Law Enforcement / Military experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
