Senior IT Engineer, Field Services

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

• Ensure compliance with Club’s IT standards, policies and processes. 确保符合俱乐部的IT标准、政策和流程。
• Provide front line support on reported fault and arrange maintenance vendor for remedy and maintenance services. 对上报的故障提供一线支持，安排维护供应商进行修复和维护服务。
• Support routine maintenance works and project deployment of infra equipment in IT hubs room. 支持IT机房基础设施设备的例行维护工作和项目部署。
• Maintain vendor relationship and evaluate vendor performance. Follow up with maintenance vendors and user departments regarding to various devices. 维护供应商关系和评估其绩效，跟进维护供应商与用户部门的各种设备事宜。
• Work on office hours on local race-day and non-race day support. 在本地赛马日和非赛马日内提供办公时间内的支持
• Work closely with IT departments to ensure that the end user experience meets expectations and business demands. 与IT部门紧密合作，确保最终用户体验符合预期及业务需求。
• Conscientiously and actively complete the work tasks assigned by Supervisors. 认真积极地完成上级交办的各项工作任务。

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE 任职资格 / 经验

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience managing and delivering hardware and software services including at least 2 years in a management/supervisor role. 拥有至少4至5年管理和交付硬件与软件服务的工作经验，至少包含2年管理/主管岗位经验。
• Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines, Degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines would be a plus 持有信息技术或相关专业的大专及以上学历，信息技术相关专业本科或以上学历者优先。
• Holder of CCNP/CCIE/HCNP/HCIE/ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred 持有CCNP/CCIE/HCNP/HCIE/ITIL或同等认证者优先。
• Experience in problem solving and communication skills to update the progress among business users and internal operation team and stakeholders.  具备出色的问题解决能力及沟通技巧，能够及时向业务用户、内部运营团队及相关利益方汇报进展。
• Familiar with managing vendor and having an established relationship with vendor.  熟悉供应商管理，并已建立良好的供应商关系。
• Experience working in cross-functional teams or supporting project tasks is valued. 具备跨职能团队工作经验或项目任务支持经验者优先考虑。
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently. 积极主动，能够在压力下独立工作。
• Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, basic server & network knowledge.熟练掌握PC硬件和软件、MS Windows操作系统，具备基础的服务器和网络知识。
• At least lead one IT project with project size is no less than 300K.至少主导过一个规模不低于30万元的IT项目。
• Good communication skill and problem solving ability.  具备良好的沟通技巧及问题解决能力。
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 拥有出色的组织与时间管理技能。
• Able to work collaboratively with different types of people at every level, applying skills as varied as verbal communication to goal-setting and prioritizing problems. 能够与各级不同类型的人员协同工作，能够综合运用从语言沟通到目标设定、问题优先级排序等多种技能。
• Calls for a multi-skills and self-motivated engineer with expertise in a few unique technical areas ranging from computer hardware and Windows environment, to data security and networking equipment. 寻求一位多技能、积极主动的工程师，需在计算机硬件、Windows环境、数据安全及网络设备等多个独特技术领域具备专业知识。
• Good command of spoken/written English/Cantonese. 良好的英语/粤语口语和书面表达能力
