Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance
  • Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment
  • Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
  • Valid EPA Certification required
  • Commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
