American Water & Mold Restoration specializes in providing high-quality restoration services for homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other disaster-related damage. We are committed to helping our clients restore their properties and peace of mind after unexpected disasters. As we grow, we are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. Those filling this position must qualify for military base access. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, both in the field and office. As well as driving performance, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a General Manager role.

We are looking for those with leadership experience, as well as experience in restoration and mitigation services. This is a demanding but rewarding opportunity with much room for advancement among those who are dependable and work well with a team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Support scheduling and labor management to meet business demands
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Provide coaching and performance feedback for employee development
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Build strong community and customer relationships
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• 2+ years of restoration experience
• WRT & ASD certified applicants preferred
• RRP Certified preferred
• Mold mitigation experience with certification preferred
• Asbestos 32 hour worker or 40 hour supervisor certification preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• A willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Valid driver's license 
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
