NOW HIRING A FIELD MANAGER FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!
STARTING SALARY OF $55,000 - 60,000 PER YEAR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! 


TDI Madison is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Manager to oversee route management, sales, and customer service while providing training and support to Field Technicians. This role is essential in maintaining efficient daily operations and ensuring top-tier service quality. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations. 
  • Manage production and efficiency through route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions. 
  • Lead, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels. 
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans. 
  • Collaborate with branch managers and field managers to establish performance standards. 
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and setting an example for staff. 
  • Ensure warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment are clean and organized. 
  • Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in chemical lawn care, including route management, sales, or supervision. 
  • Strong knowledge of local turf types, weeds, insects, and lawn diseases; tree and shrub expertise is a plus. 
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other technology. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
