Our team is committed to making each patient feel comfortable and informed, providing endodontic services in a welcoming and supportive environment.


Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience from the initial phone call to check-out. This position involves scheduling, managing patient records, and discussing treatment plans and insurance details, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.


Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients warmly and addressing phone inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized, up-to-date patient calendar.
  • Review and discuss treatment plans, insurance coverage, and patient balances.
  • Accept and accurately record payments received in-office, via phone, or by mail.
  • Ensure all patient information, including radiographs and paperwork, is updated and complete before each appointment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the practice's operations.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a dental office required.
  • Endodontic experience, preferred.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:40 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
