We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Service Department—no prior experience required. Full training is provided!
What You’ll Do
You’ll help ensure defendants receive proper legal notice—a critical part of every citizen’s right to due process. This position is fast-paced and team-focused, with each day offering something new. Responsibilities include:

Managing multiple cases and tracking their progress through various stages of service
Coordinating with process servers, constables, and sheriffs in several states
Monitoring service attempts and maintaining professional communication with our network
Working directly with firm attorneys to ensure service is completed and filed before hearings

What You’ll Learn
We’ll teach you how to handle every step of the process, including:

Preparing and tracking Certified Restricted Mail
Coordinating with Private Process Servers
Managing service through Constables or Sheriff Departments
Understanding court deadlines and filing requirements

You’ll receive mentorship from experienced team members and gain valuable insight into how the legal system works from the inside out.

Candidate Qualifications:

Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable.
Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week, consistently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
High degree of proficiency in office procedures
Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills
