The technician will operate visual inspection processes and validate high-quality parts returned from customers, alongside performing SEM/EDX operation and analysis to generate testing reports. They will also support engineers in root cause investigations and manage the laboratory's measurement devices, including issuing calibration reports and tracking maintenance.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Job Description
- Operate the visual inspection and validate for the high-quality parts returned from customer.
- SEM/EDX operation and analysis testing report.
- Support engineer in investigate the root cause from product report.
- Take responsible for Measurement devices in the lab and storage management.
- Issue the calibration report.
- Tracking the maintenance of measurement devices in test lab.
Qualifications
- High vocational degree in Mechanical or related field.
- 2-5 years work experiences in visual inspection
- Good communication in English
- Experience using microscope; SEM EDX experience considered as benefit.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
