Job Summary
We are looking for a Associate Business Development (1–3 years experience) who can drive revenue through structured sales execution, strong communication, and clear intent.
This is a high-impact growth role where you will directly influence customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. If you enjoy selling, closing, and owning targets — and want to grow fast in a fintech environment — this role is for you.
Where You Can Create Impact
- Drive inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to closure
- Communicate product value clearly to founders, finance teams, and operators
- Build strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up systems
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve GTM
- Provide market feedback to refine positioning and messaging
- Contribute to growth experiments and revenue strategy
Must Have
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably fintech or B2B)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to close deals
- Clear intent to build a career in growth/sales
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment
- Ability to join within 30 days
Good to Have
- Knowledge of accounting or financial workflows
- Experience in fintech / CA tools / B2B SaaS
- Startup exposure
- Experience handling founders or senior stakeholders
