Job Description

  • Partner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas of
  • responsibility.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-related
  • matters.
  • Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel cost
  • forecasting.
  • Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required.
  • Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments.
  • Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections.
  • Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management.
  • Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • (5-7) years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry as HR Business Partner or equivalent
  • Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional proficiency in English Language
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
