As a global residential marketing manager, you will define the marketing strategy and tactical activation for products and solutions in the residential market segment. You will work closely with global sales, local marketing in various regions around the world and with different departments within HQ.   

What will you be doing: 

  • Develop and lead marketing strategy and execution for products and solutions in the residential business, across hardware and software  
  • Create marketing assets and tools enabling sales and regional marketing to effectively reach and engage with target audiences for both B2B and B2C  
  • Develop and execute global go-to-market plans and campaigns in collaboration with the different regions and aligned with the marketing plan 
  • Own and manage core marketing platforms and digital channels, including HubSpot, Canva, Internal and external portals, social media and YouTube channels, Webshop and more 
  • Develop strategic social media and PR campaigns for brand awareness 
  • Deliver marketing materials that helps position SolarEdge as thought leader in the residential market segments 
  • Work closely with sales teams and markets globally to gather insights, validate messaging, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness 
  • Orchestrate marketing messaging and visual articulation for the marketing segment activities  
  • Use leading AI tools to improve marketing productivity, insight generation, and execution quality across strategy, content, campaigns, and reporting 
  • Apply AI tools for tasks such as message testing, campaign planning, content drafting, presentation development and localization support. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management – preferably on a global scale or in a global company 
  • Strong experience marketing technology-driven products or solutions 
  • Hands-on familiarity with leading AI productivity and content tools 
  • Excellent English - Highly articulated and clear in both speaking and writing - mother tongue level an advantage 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail oriented, highly meticulous and perceptive 
  • Good ability for multi-tasking and perseverance under pressure 
  • Self-organized, process-driven, analytical and with problem-solving skills 
  • Self-learning individual  
  • Out-of-the box thinking 
  • Advantage: Experience with digital marketing  
  • Advantage: Strong understanding of energy/solar or adjacent technical industries
