Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook with a strong interest in sushi preparation to support a chef-driven kitchen offering Southern and eclectic cuisine. This role focuses on traditional line-cook responsibilities while incorporating sushi knowledge to support our raw bar and specialty offerings. You’ll be responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes on your station, maintaining consistency, speed, and exceptional quality. Those who excel take initiative to understand the flow of the entire kitchen and support teammates across stations—we succeed only as a team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organization, proper handling of raw fish and specialty ingredients, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
