Fairview Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our thriving general dentistry practice. We are a busy, well-run office that values efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional patient care. If you are an RDA who is ready to hit the ground running and make a real difference for your patients and your team, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver skilled chairside assistance across a full range of general dentistry procedures
  • Manage operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization protocols with precision
  • Capture and process digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation
  • Create a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Proactively support the clinical team to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
  • Maintain full compliance with OSHA and infection control standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Texas RDA license required
  • Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required
  • Radiology certification preferred
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume practice
  • Strong clinical skills with a passion for quality patient care
  • Professional, dependable, and an excellent communicator
