ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is a part-time position with possible full time placement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports
  • Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and staff
  • Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-Time 15+ hours per week
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous medical front office or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Spanish-English bilingual a PLUS
