Position Overview

We are looking for flexible and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Associates. This role requires adaptability, as daily duties may shift based on staffing and production needs. Responsibilities include assembling, wrapping, banding, stitching, and gluing products, as well as feeding, stacking, and assisting with machine operations when needed.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Work with various stages of production, from raw corrugated sheets to finished products.
• Production Support: Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to efficiently complete daily assigned tasks and maintain a steady production flow.
• Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards and report any defects.
• Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining production schedules.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
• Scheduling: Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts as needed.
