As a Food & Beverage Shift Lead, you’ll help guide our Café team through daily operations, serve as a Supervisor on Duty, and inspire our front-line hosts to deliver world-class guest service. Qualifications & Experience

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Oversee smooth daily operations across F&B, Attractions, and Retail when serving as Supervisor on Duty• 📋 Assign, delegate, and monitor daily tasks for our front-line team• 🥰 Lead and motivate team members to deliver Peppa-perfect service to every guest• 🛡️ Maintain and enforce all health & safety procedures• 🚶‍♂️ Manage guest flow and queues to keep experiences safe and efficient• 💬 Communicate promptly and professionally when resolving guest concerns• 🎓 Organize and deliver host training (food safety, ride safety, retail standards, etc.)• 💪 Empower team members to provide exceptional service and effective guest recovery• 📈 Evaluate performance and coach team members to success• 🛍️ Support department tasks like training, stocking, inventory, and scheduling• ➕ And other fun challenges as assigned—no two days are the same!

🎓 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1 year of supervisory experience required• 6+ months of food & beverage or café experience preferred ☕• Experience working with families and children is a BIG plus! 🧒👨‍👩‍👧• Strong customer-service, communication, and leadership skills• Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and excited to create fun! 🎉• Ability to train and motivate others effectively

• Microsoft Office Experience preferred

🪪 Licenses & Certifications

Must be able to obtain any required local certifications or licenses.

🚗 Travel Requirements

• Occasional local travel may be required.

🕒 Working Conditions

• Attendance is essential• Must be available for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays• Theme parks = active environments—expect lots of walking, standing, and interacting!

💪 Physical Demands

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Comfort with bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and navigating all attraction areas• May be exposed to noise, varying temperatures, and changing light levels• Proper PPE required when applicable

🌦️ Environmental Factors

Work may be indoors or outdoors with variable temperatures, surfaces, and sound levels.
