Role and Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational excellence. 

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, data replication and integration processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs. 

• Develop software application extensions, tools, application interfaces, and reporting dashboards. 

• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability. 

• Support application administration, maintenance, and issue resolution. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. 

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 

• Work experience in Infor OS, Factory Track & ION is mandatory.  

Qualifications and Experience: 
 

• Overall 7-10 yrs expereince in Infor LN ERP

• 5 years of experience in Infor Cloudsuite ERP as Sr. Consultant.  

• 5 years of experience in Infor Cloudsuite Factory Track Shop Floor Module. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a similar field. 

• Proven experience as an Infor Analyst/Developer, Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role. 

• Experience with Infor Cloud Suite Development and Administration. Advanced technical skills including Infor Process Automation, ION, IBI Application Studio, LPL, and Configuration Console. 

• Extensive knowledge of SQL/query writing and experience with database design and management. 

• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Birst, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). 

• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration methodologies. 

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in the US and UK. 

• Worked extensively in LN tools, sessions, forms, reports, Multi Main tables (MMT session), 3GL, 4GL Scripts, PL/SQL, DAL2, AFS, User Exists and extensibility.
