Join a high‑performing internal recruitment  team of ex‑agency recruiters.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with strong Executive Search exposure (retained preferred) to lead search mandates across Commercial Brokerage, Property Valuation, and other key revenue‑generating roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a Principal Consultant or Senior 360 Recruiter ready to move into an internal environment with real impact.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for
• Experience in Property, Professional Services, or Sales & Marketing recruitment (ideal but not essential)
• Track record in Executive Search or high‑level  360 recruitment.
• Hustle, Highly  responsive, and outcome‑driven.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
