Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:

  • As a hospital liaison, you will identify and build relationships to grow the census and quality resident mix.
  • You will submit a census, with a breakdown of reimbursement, and in-hospital totals twice daily.
  • You will create and execute a marketing plan to increase the census.
  • You will develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the facility. With a majority of time allocated to external sales development.

Requirements

Hospital Liaison Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in nursing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales and healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
