PURPOSE
Respond to Players Club inquiries, data entry and issue Players Club cards. To be well informed of all promotions, special events and club programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the Player Tracking System to redeem Club points for cash and merchandise.
- Ensure complete guest service at the Players Club with a positive and pleasant attitude and demonstrate professionalism towards guests and team members.
- Encourage guests to join the Players Club and inform them of the benefits of the program.
- Inform guests of all rules and regulations.
- Enter and update player information into the Player Tracking System Data Base.
- Assist Club Management in coordinating breaks and in making assignment changes when necessary.
- Responsible to uphold and carry out the Crescent Club Daily Expectations Representative and Lead daily.
- Responsible to complete any side task and projects when assigned.
- Assist Club Management with training of new Representatives.
- Support Club Representatives and Club Management Team daily.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- One (1) year of customer service experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven professional and polite personality.
- Proven customer relations skills.
- Accurate keyboarding skills.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
- Experience in the Players Club or similar environment.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
