DESCRIPTION:   The Membership Services Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience at Snake River Sporting Club. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of member engagement, communications, service delivery, and front-of-house operations. The Membership Services Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for members, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded, and that club standards of excellence are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Relations & Experience
    • Serve as the primary liaison for all member inquiries, requests, and concerns.
    • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all members and guests.
    • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with members to foster engagement and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate onboarding of new members, including orientations and welcome packages.
  • Front Desk & Clubhouse Concierge Oversight
    • Maintain the Concierge binder for all concierge services including Outdoor Pursuits, Lodging, and Outside Vendors.
    • Ensure the front desk is always professional and efficient.
    • Oversee check-ins, reservations, locker assignments, and other member-facing processes.
  • Event Support & Communication
    • Assist with the promotion, registration, and execution of club events and social activities.
    • Collaborate with the Events, Food & Beverage, and Golf Operations teams to ensure seamless member and guest experiences.
  • Administrative & Operational Duties
    • Maintain accurate and confidential member records.
    • Monitor member usage trends and recommend strategies to enhance engagement.
    • Provide monthly reports on member service issues, satisfaction, and improvement plans.
    • Participate in budget planning and expense control for the member services department.
