Job Description
Join our leadership team as the Executive Housekeeper and help set the standard for comfort, cleanliness, and memorable guest experiences across our resort. In this key role, you will lead and develop a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring every room and public space reflects our commitment to exceptional quality.

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
- Manage daily room assignments, inspections, schedules, and ensure all rooms are ready for guest and owner stays.
- Lead, train, and develop supervisors and staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet brand, health, and safety standards; maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventories, staffing levels, and departmental budgets to support efficiency and cost control.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Operations on maintenance needs, deep cleans, and special projects.
- Address guest and owner concerns promptly with effective service recovery.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, safety training, and corrective actions.
- Monitor cleanliness scores, QA metrics, and reviews; drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience overseeing housekeeping in a resort or hotel (100+ rooms).
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to represent the organization with professionalism and confidence.
- Clear and effective communicator who practices active listening and ensures understanding at all levels.
- Team‑focused leader who fosters collaboration, encourages contributions, and builds a cohesive, high‑performing staff.
- Results‑driven with strong accountability; sets high performance standards and consistently works to exceed goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess needs, plan effectively, allocate resources, and ensure strong operational execution.
