Warehouse Technician – 12‑Hour Rotating Shifts (2‑3‑2) – Day & Night

We are seeking an experienced, certified forklift operator to join our warehouse team in a fast‑paced custom manufacturing environment. This position works a 12‑hour, 2‑3‑2 rotating schedule, providing consistent full‑time hours with built‑in days off for better work‑life balance. Every other weekend is a 4 day weekend! 

Night shift roles include a $3/hr shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the warehouse and load/unload trucks
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Scan, track, and update inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support warehouse flow and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Forklift certification
• Valid driver’s license
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong time‑management and communication skills
• Ability to store materials safely and efficiently

Preferred but not required:
Equipment maintenance experience, cleanroom experience, multilingual skills
